Developed a Sales Forecasting solution by performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and time series forecasting using Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Prophet, and Power BI. Built a Churn Prediction system using machine learning techniques, including data prepro- cessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and Power BI dashboards to identify high-risk customers. • Designed and developed a Customer Support Chatbot using Dialogflow to automate customer interactions and integrated it with a simple HTML-based user interface. Debugged and optimized machine learning pipelines, analyzed model performance, and translated technical insights into clear business-oriented explanations.
• Developed an AI-powered RAG-based GitHub repository assistant that indexes source code, documentation, and Git history using Sentence Transformers and Cross-Encoder reranking. • Built a Streamlit conversational interface integrated with Google Gemini, allowing users to provide a repository URL and ask natural- language questions with relevant context and source-code references. Implemented a retrieval and reranking workflow to provide relevant repository context to the LLM and improve the quality of generated responses.
Developed a web application to automate resume screening using NLP, semantic similarity, and keyword extraction techniques. • Implemented frontend forms and backend APIs for resume processing, text preprocessing, and candidate ranking. Performed testing, debugging, and application optimization to improve usability and recommendation accuracy.
